瘟疫是一名虔誠的殺手，能利用其力量骯髒傾瀉以短距離感染逃生者。被感染的逃生者將可能受傷並受到不治狀態影響，除非在虔誠之池中治療自己。
她的專屬技能有腐爛干預

背景故事[]
亞迪麗斯是一個七口之家中年紀最小的一個，當她五歲時，被遺棄在位於巴比倫中心的贖罪神廟的磚紅色的台階上。

隨著病情蔓延到她全身，她的身體狀況越來越差：她的腳趾變黑，脖子長滿囊腫，且常常嘔出血來。
骯髒傾瀉
用骯髒傾瀉感染環境中的物件和逃生者，製造無止境的疾病循環。長按力量鍵 為骯髒傾瀉充能，鬆開按鍵可釋放一股感染性膽汁。命中逃生者可將其感染。命中環境中的物件可將其感染，持續一小段時間。與被感染物件互動的逃生者也會被感染。
逃生者的感染指示器填滿時，逃生者會陷入受傷狀態，獲得不治狀態
