Overview[]
Mikasa Ackerman is one of the main protagonists of Attack on Titan.
Birthed of Asian heritage, human traffickers had sought out Mikasa's family to sell her and her mother into the black market, seeing as they were supposedly the last on the island. While waiting for their family's doctor to arrive, the bandits took action and raided the house, killing her parents. Mikasa was kidnapped, but rescued by the doctor's son, Eren Yeager, who killed two of the bandits while she looked on in shock. When Eren was caught by the third one, he encouraged Mikasa to fight back, seeing as both would die if she did nothing. This "awakens" a dormant power within Mikasa, allowing her to take action and kill the robber.
These events hardened Mikasa, developing a emotionally withdrawn personality and an outlook that only the strong survive. She developed a strong bond with Eren and was taken in by his family, staying with them until the fall of Shiganshina District. When Eren made his vow to eradicate all Titans from the face of the earth, Mikasa joins him in the military along with Armin Arlert to guarantee his safety. In training, Mikasa was noted to be unrivaled in all categories, allowing her to graduate first in the class. Though she seeks a peaceful life with Eren, her priority goal has always been to protect the one who saved her life, and she joined the Survey Corps alongside him in order to do so.

- The outfit still has Yui's signature hachimaki wrapped around the left arm, seeing as the Attack on Titan collection was designed to be "cosplay" and not actual derivatives of the character.
