Trivia

• The Winter Party Starter was originally added with Patch 1.8.3 for the Winter Solstice 2018 Event and could be obtained for its duration.
  • After the Event ended, it was disabled from spawning in either Bloodwebs or Chests, with the exception of during other Winter Solstices, for which it is temporarily re-enabled to spawn.
  • It is permanently available for use in Custom Game amongst all other Event-related Items.
