Prestige The Trapper to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Unnerving Presence for all other Characters.

Survivors repairing or healing within your Terror Radius suffer from the following effects:

Increases the Trigger odds of Skill Check by 10 %.
Decreases the Success zone of Skill Checks by 40/50/60 %.

Patch 1.0.5[]

強化: Activation Chance reworked from being a multiplier to being a static increase to the base activation chance.
- Net result is that the Activation Chance is significantly higher than it used to be.

Patch 1.7.0[]

強化: increased the Skill Check trigger chance to 6/8/10 %.
強化: increased the Skill Check success zone reduction to 40/50/60 %.

Patch 2.6.2[]

強化: changed the Skill Check trigger chance increase to be 10 % across all Tiers.

Patch 3.4.0[]

変更: no longer shows the debuff icon in the Survivors' HUD until the debuff is active.
- This change prevents Unnerving Presence/jp from acting as a visual warning whenever a Survivor enters the Terror Radius.
- 弱体化: this change causes Unnerving Presence/jp to no longer affect the Decisive Strike Skill Check.

トリビア[]

With recent changes, 不安の元凶 only affects the Good Skill Check success zone, leaving the one for Great Skill Checks unaffected.
This means that Skill Checks which only feature a Great Success zone are unaffected by Unnerving Presence/jp other than the increased Trigger chances.
