- Reversal: reverted the Charge Speed bonus back from +25 % to +20 %.
- This was motivated by the reworked Hillbilly receiving a default Charge Speed bonus while the Chainsaw is in Overdrive.
- Nerf: upped the Rarity from Very Rare to Ultra Rare.
