The Rift

The Rift is a feature of The Template:IconLink, first implemented into Template:IconLink with Patch 3.3.0 in October 2019.

Overview

Each release of a new Template:IconLink is accompanied with a new Rift opening up.

Each Rift features several Cosmetic rewards in the forms of Outfits and Template:IconLink.

Rift Tracks

The Rift consist of 2 separate tracks, a free and a premium one:

• The Free Track is available to all Players as soon as the Rift opens up and contains fewer, more spaced-out rewards.
• The Premium Track has to be purchased for the price of 1,000 Auric Cells to be able to unlock its content.
  However, those Template:IconLink can be recuperated if one manages to complete the Rift as the Premium Track also features Auric Cell packs.

Rift Tiers

The Rift consists of 70 Tiers, each requiring Players to obtain 10 Rift Fragments to progress the Rift through one Tier.

Progression is gained both passively by playing the Game and gaining Experience Points, as well as actively by completing the Challenges of the accompanying Template:IconLink.

Whereas Experience Points are converted into Template:IconLink every couple of hundred points, completing Tome Challenges will grant several Rift Fragments at once.

Purchasing Tiers

It is possible to unlock Rift Tiers by spending Template:IconLink, with each Tier requiring 100 Auric Cells.

Putrid Serum

Main article: Putrid Serum During The Withering Blight Event, which accompanied the first Rift, stacks of 2 or 3 Template:IconLink were found on the Free Track.
They could be used to purchase special blight-themed Cosmetic pieces.

Deadline

The Rift is a time-limited event, lasting just 70 Days from the point of release.
Failing to obtain complete the Rift within that time-frame will bar Players from obtaining its Rewards.

The exception to this are the Rift Outfits, which will eventually be added to the regular in-game Template:IconLink, though no sooner than approximately a year afterwards.
