Achievements unlisted on wiki page[]
Operation: Survival is unlisted on the achievement page along with the reworked Stranger Things achievements
Below is a list of achievements that got reworked in the "Hour of the Witch" patch.
Where Did They Go!? (Full team out hatch)
- The Key to Escape: Escape through the Hatch using a Key in a public match.
Adept Demogorgon
- Tools of the Trade: Achieve a merciless victory 5 times in a public match with only 3 universal perks equipped.
Savage Take-Down
- First to the Punch: Down 30 Survivors next to raised pallets in public matches.
Adept Nancy
- Skilled Generalist: Escape 8 times while repairing the equivalent of 1 generator with only 3 universal perks equipped.
Adept Steve
- Expert Generalist: Escape 8 times while repairing the equivalent of 1 generator with only 2 universal perks equipped.

Description is currently incorrect. Compared to Steam at least.
On steam the achievement description is "Protect a recently unhooked Survivor by taking a hit near them 250 times."
- Recently unhooked, as far as the game is concerned, means within 10 metres of it. Doc (talk) 10:07, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
Should add a note that clarifies Adept Killer requirements[]
Adept Killer requires kills to be either by sacrifice or by hand. It does not count dcs, bleed outs, or timeouts. We should add a note at the bottom that clarifies this for people.
