During a Rush, the moment The Blight comes within 16 metres of a Survivor who is repairing or healing, trigger a tremendously difficult Skill Check for that Survivor. Soul Chemical can activate once per Survivor per Rush. Soul Chemical does not trigger for a Rush started within 16 metres of the Survivor.
