Change Log

Patch 1.0.5

  • Buff: increased the Bleeding frequency for Tiers I & II.
  • Nerf: reduced the Bleeding frequency for Tier III.

Patch 2.1.0

  • Buff: now applies the Mangled Status Effect.

Patch 4.5.2

  • Rework: instead of changing the minimum and maximum delays between spawning Blood puddles, Sloppy Butcher now increases their spawn frequency.

Patch 5.7.0

  • Rework: added a new effect that regresses incomplete Healing progression when in the Injured State.

Patch 7.6.0

  • Buff: changed the boost to the strength of Haemorrhage from a variable 15/20/25 % to a fixed +25 %.
  • Nerf: Mangled no longer applies until the Survivor is healed, but is now timer-based.
    • This change was motivated by a general change in design-philosophy for the Mangled Status Effect.

Trivia

  • Sloppy Butcher can be used in conjunction with Bloodhound to increase the brightness of the Survivors' blood, creating an easily track-able trail of blood pools.
  • Sloppy Butcher does not influence the amount of Blood Orbs injured Survivors drop against The Oni, as those are not considered part of the Bleeding mechanic.
