Prestige The Wraith to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Shadowborn for all other Characters.

This description is based on the changes announced for or featured in the upcoming Patch 7.5.0

You have a keen vision in the darkness of the night.

When blinded by any means, you are granted a 6/8/10 % Haste Status Effect for 10 seconds.

Patch 1.0.5

Nerf: reduced the FOV gains from 10/20/30 ° to 3/5/10 °

Patch 1.5.0

Change: updated Shadowborn to the new lighting engine.
- Buff: Flashlights are now only +30 % faster at blinding you instead of +50 %.
- Buff: reduced the Recovery Time penalty when blinded by a Flashlight (the exact values are unknown with the exception of Tier III).
- Nerf: removed the effect that would increase the brightness of the Trial Grounds.

Patch 1.8.3

Buff: removed the faster blind times and penalty to recovering from blinds.
Buff: increased the FOV gains from 3/5/10 ° to 9/12/15 °.

QoL: changed the FOV modifiers from adjectives to numerical values.

Rework: Shadowborn now grants Haste after being blinded by any means.
- This change was motivated by the Developers implementing an FOV Slider for Killers, which has the same effect as Shadowborn, requiring a new effect for the Perk.

Trivia

Shadowborn had its original brightness modifier removed due to the Developers wanting more control over the lighting conditions on the Maps.
