Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain is a Unique Perk

Prestige The Cenobite to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain for all other Characters.
At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks:
- The Auras
of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.
Each time a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, the following effects apply:
- The Survivor suffers from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 90 seconds.
- Upon being healed, the Survivor suffers from a 10/13/16 % Action Speed penalty to Repairing and Healing until they are injured again.
As a result of this, the current coded values of the Action Speed penalty are actually the old 7/8/9 %, rather than the intended 10/13/16 % the Perk had since 6.1.0, and is unfortunately not merely a typo of the description.
However, it is not a shadow-nerf of the Perk and is officially acknowledged as a known issue in the Patch Notes for 7.6.0.
It will be fixed in a future Patch.

Patch 6.1.0[]
- Buff: increased the Action Speed penalty from 7/8/9 % to 10/13/16 %.
Patch 7.6.0[]
- Nerf: Mangled no longer applies until the Survivor is healed, but is now timer-based.
- This change was motivated by a general change in design-philosophy for the Mangled Status Effect.
Trivia[]
- The effects of being hooked on a Scourge Hook are not reset, if one is being hooked on a regular Hook afterwards.
