• Nerf: reduced the per-Hit Penalty to 4 seconds and decreased the maximum Penalty to 8/12/16 additional seconds.

Opening Times

By default, an Template:IconLink requires 20 Charges to be opened. Each successful hit with Remember Me will add 4 Charges. The default Opening rate of 1 Charge per second remains unaffected.
