I found something odd during today’s nightmare. A wreath made of animal bones. Nothing in nature creates something like this. At the camp fire, I could finally get some light so that I was able to investigate it further. But I fumbled and dropped it into the fire. And it quickly disappeared. To my surprise, the fire can burn things. But why this and why not my hand? The next day something had changed. The world differed. My only conclusion is that I was supposed to find this. A simple offering? But to whom? And who made it? Are these offerings my way out of here? | |||

This Article lists all Offerings featured in Template:IconLink.
Overview
There are currently 6 Rarities of Offerings featured in Dead by Daylight, as well as a special Category of Retired Offerings, which used to be available, but are not anymore:
- 15 Common Offerings
- 22 Uncommon Offerings
- 36 Rare Offerings
- 9 Very Rare Offerings
- 1 Ultra Rare Offerings
- 11 Event Offerings
- 26 Retired Offerings
Offerings are used to influence The Template:IconLink in how it will shape the Maps and/or grant a special ability or reward.
Unlike Template:IconLink, Offerings are permanently lost after they are used. Each Template:IconLink can receive Offerings from their Template:IconLink.
Burning an Offering
Offerings are burnt at The Campfire and thus offered to The Entity unless there are Offerings that conflict with each other.
The burning is represented by the so-called "Offering Screen", shown before the Trial starts loading.
Depending on the type present and their effects, Offerings exhibit one of 3 Behaviours during the "Offering Screen":
Offering Screen Behaviour
No Flip
- These are Offerings that are tagged as Secret.
Only the person who burnt them will see them flip, their effect remaining a secret for the other Players.
Shake
- When two or more Offerings stack their effects, each contributing Offering will shake side-to-side during the reveals.
Bounce
- When two or more Offerings of different Rarities conflict, the rarest Offering will be burnt, while the others bounce off, being returned to their owner's inventory.
If the Offerings, with the exception of Map Offerings, are of the same Rarity, all will bounce.
Refunding Offerings
In case the Trial is cancelled due to someone disconnecting in the loading screen or within the first minute of the Trial having started, the Game will refund any burnt Offerings to the Players' inventories.
List of Offerings
Bonus Bloodpoints
These Offerings grant additional Bloodpoints after the Trial concludes, based on the score the Player obtained in the Offering's associated Category.
Most of these only affect the Player who burnt the Offering, but some can affect multiple Players, including from the other side.

- There is an unused Offering named "Graduation Cap".
- There is an unused Spectral Rarity for Offerings, with a distinct blueish tint.
Secret Offerings
