• Buff: decreased the Charge Rate penalty to 10 %.

Patch 3.5.0

• Nerf: now only increases the length of the Shock Therapy cone, the width remains the same.
• Change: adjusted the range increase to Shock Therapy to 15 %.
  • This increases the Shock Therapy range by 1.5 metres.
• Buff: decreased the Charge Rate penalty to 5 %.

Patch 3.6.0

• Buff: removed the Charge Rate penalty altogether.
• Buff: now increases the Shock Therapy range by 2 metres.
