Several Add-on descriptions hint at Sally initially having had a fondness for the "Anxious Girl", as well as there having been a deep connection between the two, indicating that she was one of her favourite patients.
When The Entity
beckoned Sally into her Realm, she transformed several of the girl's belongings and her last breath into Add-ons for The Nurse.
