Patch 2.3.0
- Buff: added a Linger effect.
- Change: updated the in-game description to accurately list all additional Action speeds that Leader had affected despite not mentioning them.
Patch 2.5.0
- Buff: increased the Action Speed bonus from 3/6/9 % to 15/20/25 %.
- Nerf: no longer affects Repair speeds.
- Nerf: no longer stacks with other instances of itself.
- This change compensated for the greatly increased percentages.
