- Rework: now increases the maximum Blink range by +6 metres.
- Rework: now increases the maximum Blink Charge time by +30 %.

- Nerf: added a modifier that increases the Blink duration by +30 %.
- This nerf ensures that The Nurse now blinks at a consistent speed with or without Add-ons, as prior to this penalty, the Add-on vastly increased her Blink Movement speed due to duration being a fixed value, while speed is variable.
