An Interrupt, also commonly referred to as a "Grab", is a Game Mechanic that allows the Killer to hoist Survivors directly onto their shoulder without needing to down them first.
Overview[]
The Killer can interrupt and grab any Survivor, who is currently interacting with an Interactable and, with few exceptions, do so even when they are completely healthy.
An Interrupt can only be initiated from closest proximity to an interacting Survivor, as the prompt only appears when the Killer would be within reach of a Quick Attack and generally only appears when facing the Survivor's back.
Initiating an Interrupt causes the Killer to grab the Survivor and yank them off/away from the Interactable and hoist them directly onto their shoulder.
