Prestige The Hag to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Hex: The Third Seal for all other Characters.
The last 2/3/4 Survivors you hit with a Basic or Special Attack suffer permanently from the Blindness
Status Effect.
All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem
is cleansed or blessed.

- Buff: the effect is now triggered by both Basic and Special Attacks.
Trivia
- On Tiers I and II, the effect rotates around the Survivors, always applying to the last 2 or 3 unique Survivors that were hit.
- On Tier III, assuming all four Survivors are hit at least once, the effect stops rotating and remains permanently on all Survivors until the Hex Totem is cleansed.
- Hex: The Third Seal also applies on attacks that do not cause the Survivors any direct damage.
- Any exceptions to the effect can be viewed on the page of the Blindness Status Effect itself.
