Hex: No One Escapes Death is a General Perk available to all Killers.
You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is still a Dull Totem remaining on the Map, Hex: No One Escapes Death activates and lights it:
- Increases your Movement speed by 2/3/4 %.
- Survivors suffer from a permanent Exposed Status Effect.
Hex: No One Escapes Death remains inactive if no Dull Totems are available.
Once the Status Effect is revealed to Survivors, Hex: No One Escapes Death reveals the Aura of its Hex Totem to all Survivors within 4 metres and gradually expands that range to 24 metres over the course of 30 seconds.
All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.
"And the beast became faster and more powerful as if The Entity's shadowy whips were lashing at its back."

Change Log
Patch 1.0.2
- QoL: Description changed from "Once at least one Exit Gate is opened" to "Once the Exit Gates are powered".
- This change was actually a bug becoming a feature, as the Perk was not supposed to work prior to at least one Exit Gate having been opened, but already did as soon as the last Generator was powered.
Patch 1.0.5
- Nerf: added a timer of 120 seconds.
- Nerf: decreased the Movement Speed bonus to 3/4/4 %.
Patch 1.5.0
- Nerf: No One Escapes Death changed to a Hex Perk.
- Buff: removed the timer, now lasts indefinitely until the associated Hex Totem is cleansed.
Patch 2.3.0
- Buff: now applies the Exposed Status Effect on all Tiers.
- Nerf: reduced the Movement Speed bonus of Tier I to 2 %.
- Nerf: removed the Cool-down reduction on successful and missed attacks.
Patch 6.1.0
- Nerf: Hex: No One Escapes Death now reveals the Aura of its Hex Totem to Survivors, encouraging them to find and cleanse for a potential last-second save.
Trivia
- The flavour text is a reference to a quote in Lord of the Rings: "They run as if the very whips of their masters were behind them." — Legolas, Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, 2002.
- Hex: No One Escapes Death is often abbreviated as NOED, pronounced like "No-Ed".
- The Exposed Status Effect only applies to the Killer's primary Weapon and only when that is used in a Basic Attack.
- Hex: No One Escapes Death can be fully disabled prior to its activation and deny the Killer any potential advantage from using it.
- Thus, should the Survivors have cleansed all Dull Totems before the Exit Gates became powered, Hex: No One Escapes Death will remain inactive as it can no longer bind itself to a Totem.
- The same is true if all remaining Totems are Boon Totems, as those cannot be overwritten by Hexes.
- The assorted skulls in the icon are the same as the Achievement The Grand Sacrifice.
- If Hex: No One Escapes Death is transferred to the Hex: Undying Totem, the Aura reveal range will reset back to 4 metres.
