Hex: Haunted Ground is a Teachable Perk IconHelp perks.png unique to The Spirit IconHelpLoading spirit.png. It can be unlocked for all other Characters from Level 35 onwards:

Description
Two trapped Hex TotemsIconHelpLoading totem.png will spawn in the Trial Grounds.
  • When either Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed, all SurvivorsIconHelpLoading survivor.png suffer from the ExposedIconStatusEffects exposed.png Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds.
  • The second Hex Totem will immediately turn into a Dull Totem.

Two trapped Hex Totems will spawn in the Trial Grounds.

  • When either Hex Totems is cleansed, all Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for several seconds.
  • The second Hex Totem will immediately turn into a Dull Totem.

May be unlocked in the Shrine of Secrets or in The Spirit's Bloodweb at Level 35.


Trivia

  • If Hex: Undying IconPerks hexUndying.png is present in the Trial and there are uncleansed Dull Totems left, in the case of a Survivor cleansing either of the two Hex: Haunted Ground Totems, the second, still unbroken Totem will remain lit while Hex: Undying transfers the first Hex: Haunted Ground Totem to its own Totem, replacing it.
    • With the first iteration of Hex: Undying, in an ideal scenario in which Survivors happened to not cleanse Dull Totems and only managed to cleanse either of the Hex: Haunted Ground Totems instead of Hex: Undying, it was possible to get up to 3 uses out of Hex: Haunted Ground.
