Prestige The Trickster to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Hex: Crowd Control for all other Characters.

This description is based on the changes announced for or featured in the upcoming Patch 8.3.0

A Hex that ensures those lesser than you are properly herded.

Whenever any Survivor performs a Rushed Action to vault a Window, Hex: Crowd Control triggers its effect:

• Permanently blocks the last 3/4/5 Windows to all Survivors.

Any successive trigger unblocks the oldest Blocked Window.

All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

• Blocks the vaulted Window to all Survivors for 10/12/14 seconds.

All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

Patch 5.1.0

• Buff: increased the Effect duration from 10/12/14 seconds to 14/17/20 seconds.

Patch 7.1.0

• Buff: increased the Effect duration from 14/17/20 seconds to 40/50/60 seconds.

Patch 8.3.0

• Rework:
  • Buff: blocked Windows now remain blocked indefinitely until the Hex Totem is cleansed or it is the oldest blocked Window and another one is vaulted.
  • Nerf: now only affects a limited number of recently vaulted Windows, with the oldest one becoming unblocked upon reaching the limit.
    • This change compensates for the removed Duration limit.

Trivia

• Before Patch 8.3.0, Hex: Crowd Control could theoretically block an unlimited number of Windows.
