Haemorrhage

Haemorrhage is a Status Effect featured in Dead by Daylight that is applied exclusively to Survivors.

Mechanic

The Haemorrhage Status Effect is a debuffing effect applied by various Unlockables.

It causes Survivors to produce more Pools of Blood, making them easier to track.

It also causes them to lose any partial Healing progress at a rate of -7 %/s, if not healed fully.

	Rabbit's Foot	The unlucky creature's remains were found by a tree, its intestines wedged between its teeth. While charging UVX, Pools of Blood appear to you in bright red. Survivors damaged by UVX suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect for 30 seconds.
	Fine Stone	THIS ADD-ON HAS BEEN DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable has been decommissioned and no longer exists in the game.) This puck-shaped honing tool can be used to sharpen the Hatchet's blade, causing it to inflict clean wounds. Survivors hit by Hatchets suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect for 60 seconds.
	Serrated Jaws	These replacement trap jaws have saw-like blades, causing awful open wounds when they snap. Survivors injured by a Bear Trap suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed. "Like a predatory beast, it can smell and track blood."
	Utility Blades	A modification to the Reverse Bear Trap: Sharp blades attached to the Trap's interior lacerate the victim with every movement. Survivors caught in a Reverse Bear Trap suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect whenever they are injured by any means.
	"Blind Warrior" - White	The Baikra-Kaeug symbol, representing ferocity, is stamped in white ink on the body of the Bell. Survivors hit with a Surprise Attack suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70 seconds.
	Begrimed Chains	A foul yet oddly familiar chain, coated with something unpleasant. Survivors hit with the Chainsaw suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70 seconds.
	Chain Mail Fragment	Downtime was spent repairing their armour, to avoid being on the receiving end of a fatal blow. Survivors damaged by a Guard suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed.
	Joey's Mix Tape	A mix of bangin' tracks and slammin' beats for chillaxin' when life's a bitch. Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed after mending themselves. Unlocks an additional sound layer in your Terror Radius, enhancing it musically. Joey's Mix Tape can be combined with any other Mix Tape Add-on to unlock multiple sound layer combos.
	Multipurpose Hatchet	Equally useful for destruction and repair. Survivors hit with a successful Tail Attack suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed.
	Portable Safe	A small container that requires a complicated combination to unlock. Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed when injured using Virulent Bound.
	Powdered Glass	Once used on the strings used for battle kites, this powdered glass took on a much more nefarious purpose on her blade. Claw-Trapped Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70 seconds, when hit with a Basic Attack.
	Rusted Needle	This description is based on the changes featured in the upcoming Patch: 7.7.0 A needle Madeleine used to sew up her children's tattered clothes. Survivors hit with a Pounce Attack suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed.
	Thorny Nest	A nest that remained empty near Carmina's home. There are sharp thorns embedded in it. Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70 seconds after being damaged by Dire Crows.
	Begrimed Head	This Hatchet head is stained with a foul substance that afflicts anyone who it touches with debilities. Survivors hit by Hatchets suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 80 seconds.
	Crimson Ceremony Book	A book about an ancient god. Author unknown. Survivors hit by Punishment of the Damned suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 80 seconds. "Speak! I am the Crimson One! The lies and the mist are not they, but I!"
	Straight Razor	For when a close shave needs to be really, really close. Survivors hit with successful Slice & Dice Attacks suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 80 seconds.
	Tilling Blade	The island was self-sufficient, and followers tilled the tough soil to grow crops during the warm season. Survivors suffer from the Blindness, Haemorrhage, and Mangled Status Effects for 80 seconds after becoming injured during Nightfall. "Like a predatory beast, it can smell and track blood."

Perks

	Blood Echo	The agony of one is inflicted onto others. When hooking a Survivor, all other Survivors who are injured suffer from the Haemorrhage and Exhausted Status Effects for 45 seconds. Blood Echo has a cool-down of 80/70/60 seconds. "Attack an enemy with precision and their allies will feel it." — Renjiro's Doctrine 6:3
	Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain	You are the bringer of sweet pain. At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks are changed into Scourge Hooks: The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white. Each time a Survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, the following effects apply: The Survivor suffers from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 90 seconds. Upon being healed, the Survivor suffers from a 10/13/16 % Action Speed penalty to Repairing and Healing until they are injured again. Important Notice: This Perk was accidentally partially restored to its pre-6.1.0 version. As a result of this, the current coded values of the Action Speed penalty are actually the old 7/8/9 %, rather than the intended 10/13/16 % the Perk had since 6.1.0, and is unfortunately not merely a typo of the description. However, it is not a shadow-nerf of the Perk and is officially acknowledged as a known issue in the Patch Notes for 7.6.0. It will be fixed in a future Patch. 	Sloppy Butcher	You know where to hit to make them bleed. Wounds inflicted by Basic Attacks cause Survivors to suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70/80/90 seconds. Increases the Bleeding frequency of injured Survivors by 50/75/100 % for the same duration. Increases the Regression rate at which partial Healing Progression is lost because of Haemorrhage by +25 %. "It is in its sadistic nature. There is no swift kill as it delights in the obscene spectacle of our agonising suffering."
	Vigil	You look over your friends even in dire situations. Increases your Recovery rate from the Blindness, Broken, Exhausted, Exposed, Haemorrhage, Hindered, Mangled, and Oblivious Status Effects by 20/25/30 %. This effect also applies to all other Survivors within 8 metres of your location and lingers for 15 seconds. "I am gonna be here when you wake up. You are gonna make it." — Quentin Smith
