Game Mode Tome 1 - 2v8 was a special Game Mode Tome that accompanied the 2v8
Game Mode Event.
It opened on 25 July 2024 was available until 15 August 2024.

It marked the first Game Mode Tome in Dead by Daylight.
Game Mode Tomes, just like Event Tomes, are only accessible during their associated Event and are not added to the Compendium afterwards.

- As a nod to the name of the Game Mode, the Challenges on Level 1 of this special Tome are arranged to form the number 2, whereas those of Level 2 are arranged to form the number 8.
- The Killer-only Challenges originally part of Tome Level 2 were changed into shared Challenges to allow Players to complete all Challenges playing as Survivor due to the queue times for Killers.
