Flash Grenade is a Craft-able & Limited Item.

	Craftable Limited Item Craftable when using Flashbang. Can be used as a distraction or blinding device. Press the Use Item button to detonate the Flash Grenade. Detonates with a loud bang and flashing lights, temporarily blinding and deafening any nearby Players. Triggers a Loud Noise Notification. Limited Items are consumed on use. They cannot be brought back to the Campfire after a Trial and are removed by The Entity upon exiting the Trial.	-

Trivia[]

The Flash Grenade, as well as the Vaccine, were the first Limited Items added to Dead by Daylight in Patch 5.0.0.
They can only be obtained in Trials and can only be used in that Trial.
Escaping with them will leave them behind.
Flash Grenade is also notable for the fact that it is the only Item that can be crafted mid-trial by using a specific Perk, Flashbang.
The Flash Grenade works exactly the same as any of the Firecrackers.
The Flash Grenade's model contains a set of instructions on its use, which reads the following:

"Remove the grenade's pins."

"Release the safety lever."

"Count one thousand one one thousand two."

"Throw the grenade."

These instructions - in addition to the various serial numbers and codes featured on the object - stem from the Flash Grenade model used in the Resident Evil 2 Remake.
