Trivia[]

  • Blast Mine requires its user to input a total of 45 Charges into Generator Repairs, either on the same Generator or accumulatively across different Generators.
    • This equals 50 % of a complete Generator.
    • Blast Mine only accounts for the Charges input by its user and ignores Charges input by other Players.
      • This behaviour results in Blast Mine's Activation time varying, depending on how many other Survivors are also repairing the same Generator and/or which outside effects are affecting the Repair speed.
  • The blinding radius covers 12.5 metres and the Killer is stunned for 4 seconds.
  • Blast Mine works by placing a modified Flash GrenadeIconItems flashGrenade on top of the Generator model, which is visible to attentive Survivors.
    The Killer cannot see it.
    • The Flash Grenade is modified so that it cannot be interacted with to prevent displaying the pick-up prompt for Items.
    • It is also modified to not detonate until the Killer is half-way through the Damage Generator action.
    • Despite the in-game depiction, the Perk icon depicts Jill ValentineSurvivorJill (presumably), who is placing C4 underneath the Generator.
