Once the Exit Gates are powered, No One Left Behind activates:

Increases your Action speeds in Healing and Unhooking by 30/40/50 %.
Increases the Haste Status Effect of Survivors unhooked by you by +7 %.
The Auras of the other Survivors are revealed to you.
Grants 50/75/100 % bonus Bloodpoints for actions in the Altruism Category.

Nerf: reduced the Altruistic Action speed bonuses from 5/10/15 % to 4/8/12 %.

Buff: increased the Altruistic Action speed bonuses from 4/8/12 % to 30/40/50 %.
QoL: now reveals the Auras of all other remaining Survivors.
Nerf: now triggers only after at least one Gate has been opened, rather than the Gates just receiving power.

Buff: now increases the strength of the default Haste Status Effect a Survivor receives from being unhooked by +7 % and extends its duration to 10 seconds.
Reversal: reverted the Activation condition back to powering the Exit Gates.

Indirect Nerf: no longer extends the duration of the Haste Status Effect, as it was increased to 10 seconds by default in this Patch.

"Clyde" from the Lost Tapes is a reference to a Community Moderator on the Steam Forum and then Russian Community Manager, who went by that screen-name.
