Exhaustion is a Template:IconLink that prevents a Survivor from using multiple sprint-inducing Perks at the same time or in quick succession.
Overview
While under the effects of Exhaustion, a Template:IconLink with a cool-down will be shown.
Once the Exhaustion meter has fully recovered, Exhaustion Perks become usable again.
Exhaustion will not recover while running.

Trivia
- The Exhaustion Status Effect was introduced in Patch 1.5.0.
- It was originally implemented to prevent the use of the so-called "Survivor Machine Gun" where Tier III Template:IconLink and Template:IconLink could be used in quick succession to receive a total amount of 6 seconds of sprint duration, easily escaping any Killer.
- The Exhaustion cool-down is automatically reset upon being hooked.
- Template:IconLink is the only Perk using this mechanic that ignores the Status Effect.
- Template:IconLink is the only Perk that decreases the cool-down for the Status Effect.
