Description
After performing a Safe Hook Rescue on another Survivor, Deliverance activates:
- Grants the ability to successfully unhook yourself.
- After successfully unhooking yourself, you suffer from the Broken Status Effect for 100/80/60 seconds.
Deliverance is not available during the second Hook Stage or if you are hooked as the last living Survivor in the Trial, regardless of your Hook Stage then.

Trivia
- Deliverance is not affected by any outside influences changing the chances of unhooking one's self.
- Deliverance takes priority over Wicked.
- Deliverance will apply its penalty even if the Self-Unhook was granted from the anti-camp feature, rather than the Perk itself, including during a Self-Unhook in the second Hook Stage, which is impossible by using Deliverance alone.
Luck
- For a short time after its release, Deliverance suffered from a bug when its user's Luck was affected by other Unlockables.
In these cases, Deliverance would experience an overflow, effectively negating its effect and leaving the Perk user with the regular chance of a self-unhook.
