Tiffany was the girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray, the notorious Lakeshore Strangler, and shared a similar attraction to death and murder. She spent ten years searching for Charles after he had transferred his soul into the Good Guy doll and eventually bribed a cop to steal the doll's remains from an evidence vault. Bringing Chucky home with her, Tiffany managed to sew him back together and eventually successfully resurrects him.
Tiffany was in love with Charles and thought he had intended to propose to her before he disappeared, but Chucky dismissed. Hurt and enraged, Tiffany trapped Chucky in a playpen and taunted him with a puppet-wedding. While she was taking a bath later on, Chucky managed to escape the playpen and killed Tiffany by throwing a portable TV into the bathtub, electrocuting her. Afterward, Chucky uses the same voodoo magic that originally transferred his soul into the Good Guy doll to transfer Tiffany's into that of the puppet with which she had played a puppet-wedding, creating the Good Gal.
Once the transformation is complete, the two form a partnership to regain human bodies by planning to use Chucky's voodoo amulet to transfer their souls into new bodies.

Her weapon is modelled after the one she used in Seed of Chucky to murder Redman.
She murdered him for rejecting Jennifer Tilly after auditioning for a role in his movie.
