Cecil Adams is an unseen Character in Dead by Daylight

He is a Character from The SAW™ franchise. Cecil was a drug addict, addicted to heroin. He was also Amanda's boyfriend. At one point, both he and Amanda were patients at Jill Tuck's Homeward Bound Clinic for drug addicts.
One night, Amanda, suffering from severe abstinence problems, had convinced him to rob the Clinic and steal methadone supplies. During this, he accidentally knocked a door into an approaching Jill Tuck. The doorknob hitting her stomach eventually led to the death of her unborn son, Gideon John Kramer, for which his father, John Kramer, eventually killed him.
