  • Buff: further increased the Healing speed from 11/22/33 % to 30/40/50 %.
  • Nerf: now applies a negative modifier to Med-Kit efficiency.
    • This change was motivated by the buffed Healing speed being considered too strong with Med-Kits to not have a penalty.
