• Buff: removed the cool-down.
  • This change was motivated by the cool-down feeling superfluous with hooking a Survivor usually already spacing out its activations.
• Nerf: reduced the duration from a fixed 45 seconds to a variable 20/25/30 seconds.
  • This change compensates for the removal of the cool-down.
