You are fuelled by unexpected energy when on the verge of escape. Instantly heal from Injured State/Injured State/Injured or Dying State and sprint at 150% your normal running speed for 3/5/5 seconds when an Exit Gate opens.

Adrenaline does not apply if you are disabled at the moment it should take effect.

Change Log

Patch 1.5.0

  • Adrenaline now causes Exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds.
  • Adrenaline ignores the Exhaustion condition.
  • Adrenaline is now on hold if you are disable at the moment it should take effect and will activate when freed.

Patch 1.8.1

  • Adrenaline now heals one Health State no matter the state the Survivor is in and grants a sprint burst of 5 seconds across all Tiers.
  • Adrenaline now wakes up sleeping Survivors.

Trivia

  • If you are in the Template:IconLink during its activation, Adrenaline will only heal you to Template:IconLink.
  • If the Template:IconLink became powered while you were on a Template:IconLink, Adrenaline will heal you after you are unhooked. This will also apply to being carried by Killer and managing to wiggle free.
    • This does not apply when the Killer managed to hook you and you are unhooked afterwards.
  • Adrenaline will override the Template:IconLink bleed-out timer and heal you one Health State, even when using Template:IconLink as you can see in the video below.
