- Instantly heal from the Injured State/Injured State/Injured or Dying State .
- Increases your Movement speed to 150 % of its default value for 3/5/5 seconds.

Patch 1.5.0
- Rework: Adrenaline now causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds while ignoring existing ones.
- Buff: now activates as soon as an Exit Gate receives power, rather than when one is opened.
- QoL: updated the Perk with the Haste Status Effect.
- QoL: Adrenaline is paused if its user is disabled at the moment it should take effect (i.e. being carried or hooked) and will instead activate once freed.
Patch 1.8.1
- Buff: now heals 1 Health State, no matter the state the Survivor was in.
- Buff: changed the Haste duration from a variable 3/5/5 seconds to a fixed 5 seconds across all Tiers.
- QoL: Adrenaline now wakes up Survivors inside the Dream World.
Patch 7.7.0
- Nerf: no longer pauses if its user is disabled at the moment of activation.
- Nerf: no longer wakes Survivors inside the Dream World.
- This change brings Adrenaline in line with the general shift away from effects that target specific Killer Powers.
- Nerf: reduced the Haste duration from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
Trivia
- On the original Developer Website, Adrenaline featured a different flavour text: "I've never missed a race, I always reach the finish line!"
- Adrenaline will heal Survivors to the following Health States upon triggering:
- Injured Survivors become healthy.
- Dying Survivors or those suffering from the Deep Wound
Status Effect become injured.
- Survivors suffering from the Broken
Status Effect are not healed if injured, but still receive the Haste Status Effect.
- Before Patch 7.7.0, Adrenaline would be put on hold if a Survivor was disabled at the moment of the Gates receiving power and apply its effects retroactively.
- If a Survivor was being carried, Adrenaline would trigger right after the Killer dropped them, they wiggled free, or they were rescued with a stun.
- If the Killer, however, managed to hook a Survivor, the Perk would become disabled.
- If a Survivor was hooked, Adrenaline would trigger right after they would be unhooked.
- If a Survivor was being carried, Adrenaline would trigger right after the Killer dropped them, they wiggled free, or they were rescued with a stun.
