Overview

Killers tend to have Add-on Series, several Add-ons IconHelp addons.png that affect the same part of their Power, but increase in power/effectiveness with higher Rarities.

The Doctor's Red Stain will be removed from him and put directly onto the afflicted Survivor, highlighting them for The Doctor (very useful in the cornfields of Coldwind Farm) and making it immensely difficult for the afflicted Survivors to judge the distance The Doctor is from them (making it more difficult to juke a lunge attack) or the direction he's coming from (around walls for example).
