Killers tend to have Add-on Series, several Add-ons that affect the same part of their Power, but increase in power/effectiveness with higher Rarities.

Lets Survivors afflicted by Madness have a Fake Red Stain.
The Doctor's Red Stain will be removed from him and put directly onto the afflicted Survivor, highlighting them for The Doctor (very useful in the cornfields of Coldwind Farm) and making it immensely difficult for the afflicted Survivors to judge the distance The Doctor is from them (making it more difficult to juke a lunge attack) or the direction he's coming from (around walls for example).

Both The Doctor and the Survivors can walk through Illusionary Pallets. In case of the latter, they will disappear with a spark VFX and the Survivor will hear The Doctor laugh at them for having been fooled.

Increases the time Survivors afflicted by Madness see Illusionary Doctors.
The Doctor will share into the Survivors' hallucinations and see the Illusionary Doctors with a yellow Aura already from Madness II onwards instead of just at Madness III.
He can use this to keep tabs on a Survivor's general location on the map and hiding will become very difficult for the Survivors.
Illusionary Doctors can be dispelled by the afflicted Survivor by walking into them.
