• Rework: now boosts The Wraith's Movement speed while cloaked and slows it when uncloaking.

• Buff: removed the speed penalty to uncloaking.
  • However, it should be noted that the old version of "Windstorm" - Mud did not have any speed penalty code associated with it.
• Nerf: adjusted the Movement Speed bonus to account for increasing The Wraith's default Cloaked speed.
