"Order" - Carter's Notes is a Very Rare Add-on for Carter's Spark.

Survivors with Madness II/III have the following affliction: 100 % chance that a Skill Check appears in a random location. Afflictions of the same type do not stack.

The actual range in which "Order" - Carter's Notes will spawn Illusionary Pallets is set to 320 metres.
"Order" - Carter's Notes is part of the "Order" range of Add-ons, that all afflict Survivors with varying degrees of Illusionary Pallets.
