Reduces your Terror Radius by -8 metres while Static Blast is on cool-down. Survivors affected by Madness suffer from the Affliction of Calm: Madness II: Survivors intermittently hear a distant Illusionary Terror Radius. Survivors with Madness suffer from the following Affliction: Madness II: Tremendous chance (+15 %) of a distant Heartbeat to play for 20 seconds. Madness III: Constantly plays a distant Heartbeat. Afflictions of the same type do not stack.
