El Cuchillo de Carnicero es el arma principal de el Trampero. Brutal Cuchillo de Carnicero, forjado con sus propias manos usando metal de la mina. Si El Trampero falla un ataque con el Cuchillo Carnicero, tropezará a causa de su blandido brutal. Si golpea a un Superviviente, él se detendrá para limpiar la sangre del Cuchillo de Carnicero con su brazo. El Cuchillo de Carnicero tiene un radio de golpe relativamente pequeño.

El Hacha de Azarov es el arma principal del Espectro. Cuando Philip Ojomo (El Espectro) descubrió que su jefe A. Azarov usaba su negocio de demolición de automóviles para matar gente, Philip arrojó a su jefe a la machacadora. Cuando vio a su jefe convertido en un pequeño cubo, arrancó el cráneo y la espina dorsal del resto del cuerpo. Ojomo convirtió esto en un arma peligrosa luego de desaparecer para siempre, y posteriormente convertirse en El Espectro.

The Hammer is the Primary Weapon of the Hillbilly. It is a very old, crude, and longly used hammer. The Hillbilly twists the hammer into the air, making sure he'll use the other side of the hammer at the next hit, so the blood can drip off of it.

The Nurse[ | ]
The Bonesaw[ | ]
The Bonesaw is the Primary Weapon of the Nurse. When she attacks, she pushes her whole body into the swing. When hitting a survivor, she wipes the blood off with her left hand. The bonesaw has a shorter lunge-attack range, but a larger range itself. This means that the Nurse has a bigger chance of hitting them by clicking than the other killers, but less of a chance when holding the attack button down.

The Kitchen Knife is the Primary Weapon of the Shape. An oversized blade with devastatingly sharp edges.

The Hag[ | ]
The Claw[ | ]
The Hag is the first Killer implemented into the game who doesn't use a weapon. Instead, she uses her own massive claws. Unlike other Killers, when she hits a Survivor, she lets the blood drip off of her claw and into her mouth. This is a bit similar to the Hillbilly, as he also drips the blood off of his hammer after twisting it around.
